MADISON, Wis., March 5 (UPI) -- More than 2,300 cheeses and butters will be on hand this month for Wisconsin's 28th biennial World Championship Cheese Contest, planners say. Jane Cisler of the Wisconsin Cheesemakers Association says creative cheesemakers will compete for awards in 80 separate categories, the Wisconsin State Journal reports.
