According to some people, it seems that I can't show my love for our country and culture especially the folk and indigenous ones using English language, and that I should use and speak Tagalog instead. Isn't English an official language of our country? and I am also comfortable in English and even more comfortable with it than Tagalog/Filipino in social media because I use English almost all the time in social media comments. Also, I am not a native Tagalog speaker, and not born and from Manila and Luzon provinces at all so I am not used to speak in their "Tagalog" language. I also never had the chance to go to Manila and learn Tagalog firsthand with the native Tagalog speakers. But it doesn't mean that I used English in my comment while telling about love of country and culture that I already don't know Tagalog/Filipino language and know not on using it.

I am a Filipino, just born in Zamboanga, and not in prestigious capital of the Tagalog people called Manila. I learned Filipino language in school as a requirement for school and life and for communication reasons with people of other tribes and ethnolinguistic groups, but that doesn't stop me using English and learn other foreign languages too especially in social media. They're not just moving on yet with the Korean guy and Sir Binoe issue, which is also an important issue but not as important as phases of our history and traumatic past issues.

I also dislike Bisaya people unable to speak Tagalog even though it is taught in schools through Filipino language, but I also understand situations between Tagalos versus the Bisaya people especially on the issue of our national language in the not so far past. I also understand that poverty hinders them getting to school to learn Filipino language aka Tagalog, and that they're really proud and used to use Cebuano or other Visayan languages than Tagalog, and they are even comfortable too in English that in Tagalog and Filipino. I respect them even they use Bisaya in Zamboanga City and not Tagalog, Filipino, English, or much better Chavacano, because I also expect that they will not force me to speak Bisaya when I go to their cities and provinces.
Sometimes I just don't like that they're not learning Tagalog or use Tagalog at all, but I also understand their difficulty and sometimes their grudges against Tagalog making the basis of our national language.

Afterall, whether we are from Zamboanga or we are Bisaya or Tagalog people, and whether we speak Tagalog, Chavacano, Bisaya, Spanish, or English, or even Arabic and other languages, is that we are still all Filipinos by blood and we can show our respect, love, and support for our country and culture in different languages we are comfortable with and even whatever "pangkat-etniko" we belong to.

It's just most of us are just not used to Tagalog or Filipino and not as fluent as the native speakers of it in Manila and Luzon areas. Also, we are having some difficulty in using and practicing it while we are using our regional native language at home and in community. Though we use our native language or foreign languages like English which is also an official language of our country , is we can still show our love and respect for our culture and country.

Suggestion lang sa camera man ng PGT. pag sayawan po center lang sana yung cam para nakikita ng buo lahat ng galaw at formation
