Stephen Colbert claims he is a father? A breeder? Then he is a murderer. ALL breeders/parents MURDER their kids by FORCING them into existence without their permission.

Just as a lady… if you’re a good dad, that’s masculine as shit. What the hell is with this ridiculous company talking about fatherhood being emasculating? Having kids is the literal opposite of emasculation. It’s the Hugh Hefner man baby bachelor thing that looks like a man can’t can’t get his life together and just remains a teenage parody of himself. Good dads who can take care of their kids are SUPER masculine.

ok in all seriousness though, it's actually not a bad idea. at its core it's just an aesthetic choice, it's just another option people have to express their personality through their style. It's really the marketing that's damning. "Tactical baby gear for MEN, because the only acceptable way to be caught doing something girly like caring for your offspring is to remind people how MANLY you are while doing it." Please. Like there are no military moms out there who'd rather have camo-patterned baby gear than boring pastel shit? Just present it as an alternative aesthetic option, making it about preserving your masculinity just makes it look pathetic.

My favorite army dad story ever was when my husband told one of his co-workers, who was going through a divorce and needed to clear base, he could watch his 10 month old baby for him for a few hours in the early morning since my hubby was on leave. I was 2 months pregnant with our 3rd and grumpy and ill with morning sickness so I wasn't at the door when the other dad dropped his baby off to my husband with her dialer bag AND NOT MY HUSBAND OR HIS SOLDIER THOUGHT TO TELL US HER NAME!

That Tactical Dad stuff is pretty self-defeating. It's supposed to make you look tough and badass, but only succeeds in making you look completely ridiculous.

Hey, if it looks stupid, but it works, it ain't stupid. If it makes stay-at-home fatherhood more appealing i don't see the problem.
